The inspiring journey of Agniparavakal from its inception to present day
Government Model Boys School in Alappuzha transformed from 100% failure rate to 100% success in just 100 days through the leadership of alumnus and film director Sri. Fazil, with support from the alumni association and CLASS organization.
This inspiring story later became the Malayalam film "Manikyakkallu" (2008).
Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam launched this visionary skill development project proposed by NSS Cell of DVHSE. The program successfully ran for five years, creating a generation of skilled manpower.
After Dr. Kalam's passing, this 100-day motivational journey began on his birth anniversary (Oct 15) at Rameswaram and concluded at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Republic Day 2017, keeping his mission alive.
Teachers, educationists, and eminent personalities designed this sustainable program combining the spirit of Vijayaparvam, Siddhi 2020's skill approach, and 1000 Wings of Fire's motivation.
The project gained momentum through collaboration with Kochi City Police under Commissioner Sri. Nagaraju Chakilam IPS, addressing challenges like drug abuse and lack of motivation through comprehensive child empowerment.
Agniparavakal continues as a movement to ignite young minds, carrying forward Kalam's vision and proving that 100 days are enough to transform a child's life.
